SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

All orders will receive a tracking number once posted. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be fulfilled before posted.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All deliveries are tracked postage. This is to ensure you know where your package is and we can see you have received it.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Personalised items are non-returnable. This is because we cannot sell them on. We advise messaging us prior to purchase if you are unsure on sizing.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We use Royal Mail for postage, Once your item is posted you will receive a tracking number. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
We are currently only operating in the UK, however please drop us a message if you are outside the UK. If we have a good amount of interest we will endeavor to widen our shipping range.

What is your returns policy?
 

Returns are accepted up to 2 weeks after delivery. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. Sizing issues are not returnable, please message us prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing. Personalised items are also non-returnable and will only be refunded or replaced if they are faulty.
